We want to know how big an impact technology has had on your day-to-day management and delivery of care. This helps us improve how CarePlanner works, ensuring we provide our customers with the best care management solution possible.
We’re also interested to hear about other business challenges you are facing, your thoughts on the much-delayed Green Paper and other topical considerations.
All responses will be treated confidentially and not shared. We may get in touch if you’ve indicated you would be happy for a case study to be produced, or if you’ve requested specific information via the survey form.

The survey will run until the end of July 2019. One entry per person. Prizes will be drawn and announced in August.
Terms and Conditions
- There are three prizes of one 10″ Samsung tablet each
- Open to UK and Ireland residents aged 16 and over, excluding CarePlanner employees, their friends and relatives.
Closing date for entries is 11.59pm BST on 31st July 2019. - Only one entry per person.
- Multiple entries per care agency are allowed. Entries are per person, so multiple people from the same agency can enter.
- To enter, entrants must complete and submit the survey on this page.
- The winners will be chosen at random. Entries will be placed into a spreadsheet, with a number assigned to each. A random number generator will be used to pick three number at random from this list. The decision of Care Planner Ltd is final.
- The winners will be informed by direct email within 28 days of the closing date and will need to respond within 28 days. If a response is not received within this timeframe a new winner will be chosen.
- The winners’ names will be available on request and published on the CarePlanner blog and on CarePlanner social media accounts.
- The prizes will be emailed within 7 days of the winner confirming their address.
