Your CarePlanner login page will exist on a dedicated URL. This will have been emailed to the main administrator in your business when your CarePlanner account was set up.
If you do not know who your administrator is, and do not have your login URL, please contact [email protected] or call +44 (0)117 214 0585 for direct assistance.
Each user of CarePlanner will have a unique username and password combination, to be entered in the CarePlanner login page, providing secure access to your CarePlanner account from anywhere.
