CarePlanner’s Local Authority Interconnector ensures that all of your relevant appointment bookings and recorded actual times are sent automatically to participating Local Authorities, helping to streamline your billing and administration.

For Local Authorities using other systems, we have a direct integration with CallConfirmLive (CM2000), and CSV exports tailored for use with the ContrOCC system.

We have a range of call monitoring options that can be used to accurately record your carers’ attendance at appointments in real-time.

But the information needn’t simply be the preserve of your local council’s compliance department – CarePlanner can generate detailed attendance and punctuality reports to help you review the metrics that matter.

CarePlanner is designed from the ground up to be easy-to-use. Setting up your connection with the Local Authority is a straight forward, well-documented process, and you’ll always have a dedicated account manager at the end of the phone to assist you.

It’s a one-time operation as well – once you’re set up, the integration will work seamlessly in the background.

Information about carers, actual and rostered times and frustrated visits is synced to Local Authority systems in real-time, freeing you from uploading and downloading CSV files.
