Our support team is available between 9:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday and support calls are free.
Emergency out-of-hours support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The support team offer phone support and a live ticketing system for file sharing to help understand and resolve your problems as quickly as possible.
Over the years, we’ve probably had every request possible – so there’s a wealth of knowledge and experience from which to answer your concerns quickly and accurately.

Training
Training is arranged as part of the setup process, within a few days from requesting a license.
CarePlanner is so intuitive many users get started with it after an initial demo. However, we offer comprehensive training for all customers as a matter of course.
Training sessions can be recorded and supplied as a video for future reference if required.
