The good news is that CarePlanner is already fully integrated with popular call monitoring and finance systems, such as Birdie, Everylife PASS, CM2000 and Sage Line 50. Connecting to these systems is part of the setup process, where our technical team will assist you in establishing these connections.
All your data is readily exportable in Excel-friendly formats at any time, giving you the power to build your own bespoke solutions.

You can also choose which Sage nominal account codes to use, and whether to charge VAT on certain services. Then, when you’ve generated your invoices in CarePlanner, you can simply export that information in a Sage-ready format at a click of a button. The system will even warn you if you try to export the same batch twice!
Sage Payroll Integration
You can then email these directly to your staff and export the necessary data to Sage Payroll just as you normally would.
Alternatively, you might choose to use Sage Payroll for your salaried staff, whilst importing their overtime information from CarePlanner

We’ve a wealth of different reports that you can run to shine a light on every part of your care provision and business, from the punctuality of your care staff through to the system activity of your rota administrators. That’s on top of finance reports, client and carer statistics and incident reporting.
