We live in a connected world, and at CarePlanner we understand that you may need our system to interface with other business software.

The good news is that CarePlanner is already fully integrated with popular call monitoring and finance systems, such as Birdie, Everylife PASS, CM2000 and Sage 50 Cloud Accounts & Payroll. Connecting to these systems is part of the setup process, where our technical team will assist you in establishing these connections. CM2000 Integration

If your local authority requires you to use CM2000 for call confirmation, then you’ll be pleased to hear that we have a seamless integration available between CarePlanner and CallConfirmLive. You can use CM2000 for logging in and out of calls, whilst managing your schedule, invoicing and all other aspects via CarePlanner.

Sage 50cloud Accounts & Payroll Integration

Sage 50cloud Accounts & Payroll are powerful HR management packages that are popular amongst businesses ranging from those with small, local teams to those with large or complex payrolls to administer. By using our integration with Sage 50cloud products, you can generate attractive, accurate timesheets based on real-time call monitoring data together with mileage (both time and distance) payments and expenses.

    If you use Birdie’s point-of-care software, you can integrate with your CarePlaner system in realtime. This allows you to lean on the full power of a dedicated rostering system like CarePlanner, whilst taking advantage of Birdie’s care delivery capabilities.

    CSV Exports

    An integration between CarePlanner and another system makes sense if there’s realtime, or frequent flow of information between the two. But sometimes you may just want to pull out the occasional set of data from CarePlanner. We’ve got that covered too.

    Any information that you enter into CarePlanner always remains just that – your information.
