1,000 Customers?!?

CarePlanner has been building and refining its home care platform since 2012. Over time, more and more agencies have recognised the benefits that this our solution provides.

We’re delighted to be ready to welcome our 1,000th customer to the platform. To celebrate this, we will be offering a lucky home care agency the chance to win £1,000* to spend on their agency, staff or service users.

Terms and Conditions

  • There is 1 prize of a £1,000 Amazon, VEX or similar e-voucher.
  • Open to UK residents aged 16 and over, excluding CarePlanner employees, their friends and relatives.
    Closing date for entries is 11.59pm BST on 31st May 2019.
  • Only one entry per person, per social media channel.
  • Multiple entries per care agency are allowed. Entries are per person, so multiple people from the same agency can enter.
  • There is no requirement for a specific job title or responsibility for each entrant. Each entrant must simply work at a care agency and use their name associated with this employment in their entry.
  • To enter, entrants must leave a comment on either the Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter promotional post with details of how they would spend their £1,000 to benefit their agency, as well as the name of their home care agency – one comment per person, per social media channel. Alternatively you can make a comment in a retweet or share of the original post.
  • The winner will be chosen at random. The names will be placed into a spreadsheet, with a number assigned to each. A random number generator will be used to pick one number at random from this list. The decision of Care Planner Ltd is final.
  • The winner will be informed by a reply to their comment, a post across all our social media channels plus a direct Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter message within 28 days of the closing date and will need to respond within 28 days. If a response is not received within this timeframe a new winner will be chosen.
  • The winner’s name will be available on request and published on the CarePlanner blog and on CarePlanner social media accounts.
  • The voucher will be emailed within 7 days of the winner confirming their address.
