Scheduling a Care Plan
From the moment a care plan is written and available to an administrator, the details can be added to the service user’s notes and specific tasks added to each appointment as required.
New care types can be set up to account for specific medications or physical activities to carry out. For instance, certain medications may only be required every few days, whereas others need to be scheduled daily, in which case these can be set up as a care type and added to some appointments, but not others.
When a care worker completes each appointment, they check off each task or care type as complete. This provides confirmation that specific items on the care plan have been completed.

“We constantly have new referrals, whilst other patients pass away or need to increase their number of visits at very short notice. Frankly, I don’t know how we’d cope without CarePlanner “
