European Customer Experience Awards Finalists

We are incredibly proud to announce that we have been selected as finalists in TWO categories of the European Customer Experience Awards!

We have made it through to the final round of judging in the ‘Customers at the Heart of Everything’ and ‘Best B2B Customer Experience Strategy’ where we will be up against some rather sizable competition!

Our Managing Director Mark Gutteridge says:
“I am really pleased that we have been recognised by the EXCA. Making the finalist list in both these categories is fantastic recognition for all the work the whole CarePlanner team has done over the past year on continually improving the service and support we provide to all our customers.”

The finals will take place in London on June 16th, so we have got some time to prepare our presentation!

The European Customer Experience Awards are run by Awards International. Who have been awarded an Outstanding Trust Mark from the Independent Awards Standards Council. Senior Awards Consultant Miodrag Nicolic explains the significance of the EXCA:
